Terms and Conditions

The registration for entry tickets and ticketed additions for Shutterhound is subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. You accept these Terms and Conditions on your own behalf.

  2. You are liable for the full fee at point of booking.

  3. Dog Breath Events LLC has the right to alter or vary the program and speaker lineup for Shutterhound or to reschedule or cancel all or part of Shutterhound.

  4. Tickets (the “Fee”) are non-refundable and you are liable for the full fee, except in the event of cancellation or rescheduling of Shutterhound by Dog Breath Events LLC. In the event of such cancellation or rescheduling, Dog Breath Events LLC will only refund a maximum of the Fee paid. Dog Breath Events LLC shall not be liable for consequential losses you suffer as a result of the cancellation or rescheduling, including but not limited to, accommodation costs or travel expenses.

  5. The Fee does not include anything other than attendance at Shutterhound including, without limitation, accommodation, or meals unless otherwise stated.

  6. Transfer of tickets to others is permitted provided that you notify Dog Breath Events LLC in advance. Note that once a ticket has been used to enter Shutterhound, it can no longer be transferred to another person.

  7. You acknowledge that taking part in any activity during Shutterhound is entirely at your own risk, and that you are fully aware of the risks. You agree to comply with all reasonable safety and other announcements and/or directions while attending Shutterhound.

  8. Dog Breath Events LLC or the venue has the right to refuse entry to Shutterhound to any person or to require them to cease participating in any activity. If you are found to be behaving in a manner deemed unsociable or potentially dangerous, in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the rules and regulations of the venue or any instructions or directions given to you by any official at Shutterhound, you will be ejected from Shutterhound without refund and, if appropriate, may be reported to the police.

  9. Neither the venue nor Dog Breath Events LLC will be held liable for any loss, stolen property, cost, expense, injury or damage sustained at the venue and/or Shutterhound.

  10. The unauthorized use of video or audio recording equipment at Shutterhound is prohibited. Any unauthorized recordings may be destroyed.

  11. The following articles are not permitted within the venue – illegal substances, weapons, dangerous or hazardous items, political or offensive materials, and such other items as Dog Breath Events LLC or the venue may deem to be prohibited. Any person found in possession of such items may be refused entry into, or ejected from the venue.

  12. You give your consent to the use of your likeness in connection with the production, exhibition, advertising or exploitation of any photograph, film, video and/or audio recording of Shutterhound and or any element thereof in any and all media throughout the world.

  13. Dog Breath Events LLC is following the local and government restrictions and guidelines regarding the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic closely. However, attendance to Shutterhound is at your own risk and Dog Breath Events LLC is not liable if you believe you have contracted Covid-19 at Shutterhound. Guidance and restrictions are likely to change and therefore Dog Breath Events LLC reserves the right to remove or impose additional restrictions or rules to ensure the accessibility and safety of everyone at Shutterhound.

  14. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire

  15. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be severed or amended in such a manner as to render the rest of the provisions and remainder of the agreement valid or enforceable.
